+ Can we provide our own alcohol?
Yes! You are able to provide your own alcohol which is a huge cost savings and anything that is sealed and unopened after your event is yours to take with you. You are required to use our preferred bar service.
+ Do you allow outside vendors?
We do welcome outside vendors but require a copy of their certificate of insurance with the venue listed as additionally insured.
+ How long is the venue rental?
6 hours from event start time to end time.
+ What does the venue rental include?
The venue rental includes seating for up to 125 guests, floor length linens, valet, use of all spaces in the venue including the outdoor area, an on-site coordinator, and use of any in house decor. Anything above that guest count there is a per chair, table, linen charge.
+ Is the venue close to the Phoenix Convention Center?
Yes! We are about a 3 minute uber ride away from the convention center but we can also provide shuttles for corporate clients needing travel from their hotel to the venue and back.
+ Is there a fee to bring in outside caterers?
No, as long as the required certificate of insurance is provided, outside licensed caterers are welcome.
+ Do you offer planning services?
Yes, our director of events will provide you with day-of coordination and help with various aspects of the planning process along the way.
+ Do you provide a rehearsal for clients?
Yes! Depending on venue availability and client schedules, rehearsals are available on various days the week of the wedding.
+ Do you provide any rentals?
We provide seating for up to 125 guests which include 60" round tables, floor length linens, and bistro chairs. Upgraded rentals available upon request.
+ Do you have any decor available to use?
Yes, we have a large selection of in house decor available for use at no charge.
+ Do you have outdoor space?
We are proud to say that we are one of the few venues downtown that have a large outdoor space perfect for ceremonies, receptions, and various events. Our lighting package is custom to fit the outdoor space which includes uplights and 350ft of string lighting.
+ Is set up and breakdown included in the rental fee?
Our team at The Venue on Washington will set up and break down the items included in our venue rental. Any other vendor used must strike within 1 hour of the event end time.
+ Do you offer hourly rentals for styled shoots?
